As an English Limited Liability Partnership we have "Members" not "Partners". However, it is more usual for senior professionals to refer to themselves as "Partners" and we have retained this terminology. However, any business conducted with us is with Stevens & Bolton LLP only and not with any one person individually.

Stevens & Bolton LLP is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to our clients because we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We are also included on the register maintained by the FSA so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the SRA.
